On April 30, 2012, The College Board announced the Completion Arch, an innovative, free Web-based tool that synthesizes all the publicly available data currently used to measure community college student progress and success. With over 500 indicators and an intuitive design that focuses on all aspects of the community college student trajectory, from enrollment through workforce preparation and placement, this is the most comprehensive and extensive data-rich tool of its kind. The Completion Arch highlights the importance of community colleges by providing policymakers, educators and others with access to publicly available metrics that describe the productivity of these institutions and the students they serve.

On March 16, the North Carolina State Board of Community Colleges awarded a contract to the College Board to implement a statewide customized assessment for diagnostic and placement tests in 2013.

On April 25, the entire higher education system in Texas, including both two-year and four-year institutions, awarded a contract to the College Board to implement a statewide customized assessment for diagnostic and placement tests in 2013.

The new systemic model will contribute to the states' goals of increasing access to high-quality postsecondary education and maximizing student success.

In an effort to keep your information safe, the College Board has updated the ACCUPLACER order forms to include new ordering policies and procedures.

	•	Credit card orders must be submitted via fax or by phone.
	•	Credit card orders submitted via email will not be processed and will be destroyed for security purposes.
	•	Incomplete orders that are not completed within seven business days of initial submission will be destroyed for security purposes.

New hours of operation for the College Board Ordering Department are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET.

The hours of operation for ACCUPLACER Technical Support will remain the same: Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET; Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET.
